The Desoto Hotel Savannah

The staff were accommodating and welcoming, upon my request.

The room was new-fashioned and updated, had extremely comfy beds and magnificent views. The hotel was placed in the central location in the city center. Also, the venue was within walking distance of Savannah Historic District.

The hotel was fairly clean and had helpful staff with the manager. We had a fine breakfast, loved the meal. It was in a central location, close to everything.

Hip new and immaculately clean hotel, the staff is attentive. Hot drinks at outdoor bar, amazing service.

Hotel's lobby was charming, I loved it. I booked an a double room for 1 night and had a very nice stay. Kind place to stay while in Savannah.

Had a fine stay and will be back. Appreciated the atmosphere of this corporate hotel, ideal location and uniquely decorated rooms. It was nice having coffee, flat screen TV with cable channels and thick blackout curtains. Not to mention fine wifi!

Speedy check-in, cozy beds and generally polite service. Light room with a bright bathroom and TV, coffee and hairdryer.

Hotel looks clean and is fab. Liked this property because the staff were ready to help. There's attractive outdoor bar with cold beverages.

We liked our excellent staying. The restaurant was reasonably priced, impeccable service, superb food. Room had a spacious bathroom and microwave and so much space. The coffee bar was fantastic and the drinks were hot.

Fairly large room, perfect bed and IDEAL location. Plenty of supplies in the room: microwave and so much space. Pleasant staff provided an impeccable service. I used to use free WiFi throughout the property.

Updated room with comfortable enough bed, not expensive breakfast with variety of delicious food. Bar staff who were always welcoming!

The hotel itself is quite modern, we loved rooms and location.

We greatly enjoyed our stay; the views and location were PERFECT. There's good choice of restaurants to choose from, like green fire pizza, set within 5 minutes walk or so.

Had nice dainties at Mirabelle Cafe, located feet from the hotel.

The street was noisy.

All in all, I spend my time excellently. Comforts of standard king room were fabulous - central heating, ironing facilities and a work desk. Centrally located for me. Breakfast was included, that was a bonus.

Would stay here again. It is a perfect base for walking around. Hotel is centrally situated to explore Savannah. Ordered diner at their on-site restaurant 1540 Room.

Beautiful building. The hotel was located right in the heart of the city. All main attractions such as city market were really close to this property❤

we loved desoto savannah. beautiful tourist attractions like forsyth park were near the accommodation. the cathedral view was a bonus. just walking distance from the restaurant gryphon tea room.

totally an incredible experience. if you wish to visit bonaventure cemetery, this place is perfect. close to the airport, 25 min drive.

The area contains some restaurants like Mellow Mushroom within 5 minutes' walk. Great hotel...
